Who has access to my storage unit?

You lock it, you keep the key. No one else has access.

Do you offer insurance?

No. Tenant/Landlord law applies and we are not responsible for care of your goods. Suitability of the space for the intended purpose and insurance are your responsibilities. We recommend that customers get insurance coverage for their goods/vehicles to be stored in our yard.

Are there restrictions to what I can store?

Yes. We do not accept contaminants, toxic or hazardous substances, explosives or other items that may pose a risk to the environment, the space, staff or other tenants. We also do not accept commercial trucks.

How do I know where to park?

Your contract indicates the space number that you are renting and records a description of the vehicle you are storing with us, as well as its license plate or serial number. Spaces are vehicle specific – Please only park vehicles in your assigned space that are registered in your contract with us.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we have a 2-month minimum, but beyond that, it is month to month. Rent is not prorated.

Do you offer long-term discounts? 

Yes. Prepay 6 or 12 months in advance to get 10% off your storage rates. This offer is only available one time per client. Only for new clients.

How do I end my rental contract?

Please contact us to let us know at least 7 days before your next monthly payment to ensure your credit card is not charged for the next month.

How do I ensure I get the cleaning deposit back?

Just leave the storage unit the way you found it. Empty out all your storage items and take any garbage with you.

When are you open?

Office hours are 7:00 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. Facility access is 24 hrs, 7 days a week, though a coded gate.
